Coursus is building a curated network of AI consultants and trainers who deliver our corporate training programmes: role-specific, workflow-led, and measured against a baseline before and after every engagement.
Whichever trainer delivers the engagement, the client gets the same Coursus training experience. This is the structure that makes that true.
Owns the training methodology, curriculum, standards, quality assurance and client relationships.
The curated delivery network that brings the methodology into the room with each client's team.
Lead AI Consultants and Specialist AI Trainers — everyone in the network holds one of these two profiles.
Each profile is matched to a client by the specialism(s) they bring.

Every practitioner is either a Lead AI Consultant or a Specialist AI Trainer. Your specialism — not a separate job title — is what determines which clients and engagements you're matched to.
Leads client discovery, capability assessment, training programme design and delivery. Owns the relationship for the length of an engagement and scopes the training against a baseline before it starts.
Apply as a Lead AI Consultant →Delivers the workshops and multi-week programmes: hands-on sessions built around a client team's real workflows, in a chosen specialism, live or virtually.
Apply as a Specialist AI Trainer →Specialisms we're recruiting across, for either profile:
Network membership is a project-based relationship, not a job. Here's how it actually works.
You're engaged by Coursus to deliver a specific programme or engagement — not hired as staff, and not placed inside a client's team.
Every engagement carries a fee agreed in advance, based on scope, specialism and delivery format. You'll know it before you commit.
There's no fixed weekly or monthly hours requirement. You opt into engagements as they're matched to you.
Deliver practical AI training sessions for organisations and their employees.
Help leaders understand AI opportunities, risks and organisational implications.
Assess a team's current AI knowledge, adoption and capability before training begins.
Work with teams to identify and improve their practical AI use cases.
Support organisations developing responsible AI practices, controls and employee capability.
Contribute specialist knowledge to Coursus curricula, workshops and learning materials.
Before delivering client work, network members complete Coursus onboarding, methodology training, a delivery assessment, and relevant responsible-AI requirements.
Client engagements may also require compliance with the client's own AI tool approvals, data classification requirements, security procedures, confidentiality requirements, human-review processes and incident reporting procedures.
A geographically distributed network, matched to each client's region while keeping a consistent Coursus delivery standard. Delivery is remote, virtual and, where appropriate, on-site.
Remote, virtual and on-site delivery for UK-based teams.
Regional trainers who understand the local operating environment.
Virtual and hybrid programmes across European markets.
Corporate training delivered to distributed and hybrid teams.
Additional regions matched to client requirements as the network grows.
We assess professional experience, practical AI capability and evidence of delivery, not familiarity with AI terminology alone.
Qualifications are considered alongside professional experience, specialist expertise and demonstrated delivery.
Don't tick every box here? Apply anyway — we weigh the full picture, not a checklist.
Freelance. You're engaged on a project basis for specific engagements, not employed by Coursus, and you're free to continue your own consulting or training work alongside it.
Yes. Every engagement carries a fee agreed before it starts, reflecting the profile, specialism and scope involved.
No. Approval means you're eligible to be matched to engagements as they come up in your specialism and region — it isn't a guaranteed pipeline.
Yes, if your experience and evidence support both. Note which profile(s) you're applying under in your application.
Yes. We're actively growing beyond the regions listed, and applications from other markets are matched as relevant client work comes up there.
Credential screening, evidence review, an interview, then a training and delivery assessment before onboarding and client matching — the full sequence is set out below.
Coursus provides the core methodology and templates as part of onboarding. You adapt these to each client's real workflows rather than building from scratch.
If you have substantial practical experience delivering AI training, consulting or workshops, we would like to hear from you.
Apply to the Network →The application takes a few minutes: your details, the profile and specialism you're applying under, and a link to your experience. If there's a fit with current client requirements, we'll follow up with the next stage.
